Kevin and Alison Blunt make 3 goats cheeses on their farm in Sussex using the milk of their own herd of goats. Laughton Log is only made over the summer when their goats are at the height of their milk production. It is a large cutting log with an ash dusting beneath a fluffy white rind. Its flavours are citrussy, floral, lactic and delicate.
