DESCRIPTION:
Ragstone is a cheese Charlie started making while Neal’s Yard Creamery still resided near Sevenoaks in Kent. It is named after the Ragstone Ridge, which ran close by the estate where Charlie was renting his dairy at the time. Ragstone is a log shaped cheese, wider at one end than the other whose rinds are a creamy white and whose flavours are smooth, goaty, tangy and lactic.
