DESCRIPTION:

Soft, creamy, rich textures with gentle blueing. The Grubbs have now been making cheese for 2 generations, the original Cashels having been cooked up by Jane Grubb in her kitchen while husband Louis looked after the herd. Cheesemaking is now in the capable hands of Dirk aided by Louis and Jane's daughter Sarah and her husband Sergio Furno.
