Yoghurt & Cream

Milk comes from Tony Norman’s organic farm in Pembridge. His herd are mainly Friesian-Holstein cows with some Montbeliards. Montbeliards give a richer milk which is well suited to cheesemaking.

Organic Greek Style Yoghurt
Traditionally-made, thick set creamy yoghurt with a wonderful flavour.
Shelf life: 3 weeks.
Available in pots of 1 litre, 500ml, 200ml

Organic Strained Greek Yoghurt
Greek-Style Yoghurt that has been hung in cheesecloth until it has doubled in thickness.
Shelf life: 3 weeks.
Available in pots of 340g, 2kg

Crème Fraiche
Double cream that has been lightly soured with a buttermilk culture. Has a velvety-smooth texture and full flavour. Superb in cooking or topping a desert.
Shelf life: 3.5 weeks
Available in pots of 115g, 340g, 2kg



Cows Milk Cheese

Organic Fromage Frais
Traditionally-made fresh curd cheese. Eat with fruit or desserts or makes the finest Cheesecake!

Wealdon Round (organic)
Fresh cow’s milk cheese made to a Coulommiers recipe and layered with fresh, organic herbs.
Shelf life: 2 weeks
Available with Parsley and Garlic, Black Pepper and Garlic and Chives.
Weigh approx 180g

Finn
Creamy cows milk cheese made from full-fat milk and extra cream. Matured until it develops a white-mould rind.

Goats Milk
Milk comes from Tim & Richard Barter’s farm near Ashleworth, Gloucestershire.

Goats Curd
Fresh curd cheese. Delicious to cook with or eat on its own.
Shelf life: 2 weeks
Available in pots of 2kg

Perroche and Herb Perroche
Fresh goats cheese with a delicate flavour. We make them either plain or rolled in chopped, fresh Tarragon, Dill or Rosemary.
Shelf life: 2 weeks
Weigh approx 150g.

Perroche Log
Fresh goats cheese either plain or rolled in fresh Tarragon, Dill or Rosemary.
Shelf life: 2 weeks
Weigh approx 750g

Ragstone
Matured goats cheese log with a creamy-white mould rind.
Weigh approx 200g
We can also do bigger Cutting Ragstone which weigh approximately 750g.

Dorstone
An ashed goats cheese with a delicate, wrinkled rind and a fluffy, mousse-like texture.
Weigh approx 180g
