Smoked Salmon for Christmas

In the early 1980’s we discovered an exceptionally delicious smoked salmon when we were on cheese selection visits to Ireland. It is made by Sally Barnes at the Woodcock Smokery near Castletownshend in West Cork. We have been stocking it at Christmas time ever since.

Join Us At Borough Evening Of Cheese

You are cordially invited to join us for an evening of cheese tasting, buying and Christmas ordering on Wednesday 14th of December from 6 – 9 PM in the Green Market Area of Borough Market. We will have a pop up shop for the Borough Evening of cheese and our shop will be also be open until 6pm. This is the perfect after-work cheese purchasing evening, and just in time for Christmas.
