More about Blenheim Forge:
Blenheim Forge is in South London just a few miles from where our cheese is matured in Bermondsey. Expert bladesmiths Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris and Richard Warner, create hand-forged quality kitchen knives, and we have worked with Jon to design a cheese knife of the highest performance.
Care Instructions: Please do not put it in a dishwasher. Wash your knife by hand, and dry it immediately. Treat the blade with a food safe oil after washing it to protect it. Cutting on hard surfaces can dull your knife, so use wood or plastic cutting boards. Store your knife away from other steel utensils.
- Blade length 115mm, blade depth 30mm. The overall knife length is 230mm.
- The blade is made from High Carbon Stainless steel (14C28N) and the handle is made from Colston Bassett boards (cedar or pine) and the band is richlite.
