NYD x Willie's Cacao Tasting: 30 September

Looking for an indulgent experience to share with family and friends? Join Neal's Yard Dairy and Willie’s Cacao live on 30th Sept at 6:30pm for a virtual tasting exploring the luxurious combination of two classic dessert courses – chocolate and cheese.

Through experimentation and inspiration, chocolate maker Willie and cheesemonger Caitrin have developed a series of cheese and chocolate pairings in which the flavours and textures unique to each element combine into something entirely unexpected - and delicious.

In this hour long 'taste-along' on Zoom, they will pair four very different Neal's Yard Dairy cheeses with ten of Wille's single-origin chocolate bars, including two limited edition chocolate creations inspired by this collaboration.

About Willie’s Cacao

Willie's Cacao is a British “bean to bar” artisan chocolate maker based in Devon. Willie Harcourt-Cooze makes all his chocolate in small batches, using fine single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients. Everything he does is about purity of flavour, so you’ll find no vanilla or lecithin hiding the precious flavour notes of his beans. Willie himself has a cocoa farm high in the Venezuelan cloud forest. As a farmer himself, he buys all his cacaos direct trade from cocoa farmers producing high quality, environmentally sustainable cacao.
