CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY?
In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to delay your delivery. Please note that we need at least seven days’ notice, contact us here.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION OR SKIP A MONTH?
These subscriptions are designed to support small-scale cheesemakers who are making their cheese to order, therefore subscriptions cannot be cancelled or months skipped.
HOW DO THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS WORK?
The subscription costs £27.98 per month. Your first subscription payment of £27.98 is taken when you buy the subscription on our website. Subsequent payments will be taken on the 1st of every month, with the final payment being taken on December 1st 2020. Taking the payment at the beginning of every month allows us to pay the cheesemakers before you receive your cheese. The payment date will not necessarily align with your monthly delivery date.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CHEESE?
We will be in touch to let you know when we are preparing it for dispatch, and our courier will contact you on the day of delivery with a one hour window slot. Please do not choose the redelivery option as your order will already have been picked up by the couriers and will remain in transit for an extended period. More information relating to courier deliveries can be found here. Your subsequent box will arrive approximately one month after the first, with each box arriving on a monthly basis thereafter. For example, if you receive your first box towards the end of July, your following boxes will arrive towards the end of each month going forward. Please let us know if you are planning to be away - we're always happy to deliver either side of those dates.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
We only deliver within the UK, but please contact us for a list of international stockists in your area.
CAN I BUY THE SAME CHEESES BUT AS A SINGLE BOX ONLY NOT A SUBSCRIPTION?
Subject to availability, the same cheeses will be available each month as a one-time purchase at the higher cost of £29.50 (+5% on the subscription price). Just select the ‘single box only’ option.
CAN I BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE CHEESE COLD IN TRANSIT?
The box you receive your cheese in will be insulated with a wool linder specifically designed to deliver perishable goods in perfect condition. The wool is 100% low grade sheep wool that would otherwise be of minimal value to farmers. It is biodegradable and compostable and sealed within a recyclable plastic cover. WHAT IF THERE IS NO-ONE IN TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
The person receiving the delivery email/text notifications will have access to the 'leave in a safe place' option that the courier provides, and they can make an arrangement directly with the courier. Please do not choose the redelivery option as your order will already have been picked up by the couriers and will remain in transit for an extended period. ARE DELIVERY DAYS/TIMES GUARANTEED?
For most of our deliveries we use an external courier. In the vast majority of cases they do a wonderful job with deliveries arriving in the right place at the right time. As we are outsourcing the delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival times. If you have questions regarding your delivery or you would like us to liaise with the couriers on your behalf, please contact us.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES, SUCH AS EXTRA CHEESE OR BISCUITS?
Absolutely, please get in touch to let us know what you’d like to add. Please give us as much notice as possible; at least five days before you expect delivery.
