He will present you with a selection of cheeses we enjoy for breakfast, paired with honey, jams and marmalade. Served with sourdough breads and a selection of butters. Srdja will explain the different styles, milks and techniques involved in making the cheeses as well as elaborating on their suggested pairings.
This tasting will be hosted in the warehouse above our Borough market shop and is designed to serve as a light breakfast/brunch. At the end of the session there will be the opportunity to buy cheese from the morning's selection to take home. Attendees will be offered a 10% discount on all purchases made on the day, as well as a 10% discount in our online shop valid for one month.
Srdja has been with the company since 2003, learning about the art of cheese making and mongering. Srdja represented Britain at the 2009 Casseus Awards, the Cheese Olympics in Lyon and came home with a bronze medal. Last year he won the Cheesemonger Invitational and the chance to represent British Cheesemongers in the US. He is a geek for all things fermented.Print this page
