To start with we'll try some sheep and goats' milk yoghurts to get an understanding of how the base ingredient varies in flavour and composition. We'll also consider some of the differences in farming and animal husbandry which will influence the production of these cheeses. The diversity of the cheeses tasted is sure to delight lovers of goat and sheep milk cheeses and inspire those with less knowledge and familiarity.
This tasting is designed to serve as a light meal and includes a cheese plate as well as bread, crackers and accompaniments. The cheeses will be paired with a few accompaniments and samples of 3 wines to give you an insight into cheese and wine pairings. You'll be given a tasting sheet with room to make notes. Attendees will be offered a 10% discount code valid for one month on cheese purchases made in our shops or online. As alcohol is served, all attendees must be over 18 years of age.
