Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. As we use third party couriers (typically DPD) we cannot guarantee the arrival day of your order but we will do our best to ensure that it arrives as close as possible to your chosen date. To be sure it arrives in time, we suggest choosing a date a couple of days ahead of when you would like to eat your cheese. 

If you have ordered a cheese subscription, your second and subsequent deliveries will occur approximately 30 days after your first delivery date.

Sparkenhoe Blue

A rich and savoury blue cheese with a chewy texture and very fine threads of blue running through its crisp white paste.

 

Lincolnshire Poacher

West Country Cheddar meets Comté in this cheese, which typically boasts a smooth, densely creamy texture and flavours that can range from rich, savoury and brothy to long, sweet and almost pineapple-like.

 

Little Rollright

This small version of Rollright is perfect for baking. A washed rind soft and oozing cow's milk cheese, wrapped in a band of spruce bark, the texture is soft and glossy, and the flavour milky, with substantial woody notes and a hint of peanut.

Minimum: 250g. 


Brown Bread Crackers

These crackers are made with four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk, to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. At Sheridans the ingredients are strikingly simple and sourced in close proximity to the bakery itself. They use flour stone-ground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in County Cork.

Ingredients: 

Wholemeal wheat flour (50%), buttermilk, butter, sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).
