Rye & Linseed crackers are handmade with Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil with brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix..

Ingredients: Stoneground rye flour (35%), water, unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, linseeds (2%), sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).

Mixed-seed crackers are the perfect accompaniment to any cheese board. Made with unbleached wheat flour and butter from Bandon Co-op in Co Cork, with linseeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds baked into the mix.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, butter, linseeds (2%) poppy seeds (2%) sesame seeds (2%), sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).

Brown Bread crackers made with four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk, to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. Made with flour stone-ground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in County Cork.

Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (58%), buttermilk, butter, sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).
