Cheese is the perfect accompaniment to beer – and this selection has been put together with that in mind. We cheesemongers jokingly refer to these as “session cheeses”. At our cheese classes we are currently serving these cheese (and more) alongside stout and table beer from Kernel brewery and a rotation of other local craft beers.
