Yvonne joined Neal's Yard Dairy in September 2016. Her love of dining out and sourcing great produce has been married in her current role as she is responsible for managing restaurant accounts in our Wholesale department. After a long career in fund management, Yvonne followed her heart (and her stomach!) and pursued a career in food as a pastry chef. Naturally gravitating towards all things bread, she then honed her skills as a baker. Cheese, rather like bread, is a food made from a few simple ingredients, yet comes in a myriad of expressions. Yvonne intends to share her passion for the variations of our cheeses and her love of good food to present you with creative ideas for a cheesemonger's lunch.
