These cheeses are either sold exclusively by, or developed in partnership with, Neal's Yard Dairy. Our work goes beyond simply selling cheese and extends as far as supporting new cheesemakers looking to start cheesemaking, giving feedback and technical support to existing cheesemakers wanting to add a new cheese to their offering, or even maturing cheeses to the point where they are entirely different products. We are fortunate to work with producers who are willing to go the extra mile in making cheese specifically for us so that we can sell what we think tastes best. The Neal's Yard Dairy Exclusive collection showcases cheeses that are somehow unique to us in the way that they've been created or matured.
