Our mission is to improve British and Irish cheese. That is reflected in what we sell. You will find classic British styles territorials we have championed for decades as well as new varieties, still in development.
Whatever the cheese, our maturation team treats it with care. They carefully monitor each batch and make decisions about how best to treat it. Our aim is to ensure that the right cheeses arrive with the right customer in the right condition.
We have supplied British and Irish cheese to wholesale and export customers for over 30 years. We use what we have learnt over the years to provide excellent service at every step – from ordering to delivery and beyond.
