The vines that produce the grapes for this delicate vinegar are set amongst ancient woodlands and gardens at the foot of a medieval castle estate. This elevated farmland boarders the Secchia river, a few kilometres from Sassuolo, and has scenic views across the Veneto region.

Guests are welcome to visit Delizia Estense and stay at their vinegar farmhouse. There, you can partake in a unique tasting experience, surrounded by vines.
