Co Cork, Ireland.
Sheridans Cheesemongers is run by its’ owners – Kevin Sheridan and Seamus Sheridan. The company was founded in 1995, when the Sheridan brothers started selling Irish farmhouse cheeses at the Galway market. Shortly after they opened a shop in Galway with Irish farmhouse cheeses piled from floor to ceiling, and now have shops across Ireland. Over the years they have collaborated with a number of great makers to produce a range of foods with our favourite Sheridans recipes, including their award-winning crackers.
