A well-balanced raw milk cheese boasting rich mineral flavours upfront, a juicy acidity and the succulent yet crumbly texture that is so characteristic of a classic Cheshire.

This Suffolk Brie-style cheese has a silky breakdown under the rind and balances a clean lactic brightness with mushroomy, vegetal notes.

Our Biscuit Selection consists of 3 packets of Sheridans biscuits and is the perfect compliment to any cheese board.

Rye & Linseed Ingredients: Stoneground rye flour (35%), water, unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, linseeds (2%), sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).

Mixed-seed crackers Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, butter, linseeds (2%) poppy seeds (2%) sesame seeds (2%), sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).

Brown Bread crackers Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (58%), buttermilk, butter, sea salt (may also contain traces of nuts).

Gentler, sweeter and more balanced than a ‘typical’ blue cheese, it boasts a creamy, buttery paste pierced with the delicate blue veining characteristic of a Stilton.

We have worked with Colston Bassett Dairy for many years to perfect the recipe for the Stilton we buy from them, which is exclusive to us.

This dense damson paste, made by England Preserves in Bermondsey, is a lovely tart accompaniment to cheese. It works particularly well with rich, buttery textured cheeses and goats cheese.

Minimum: 900g

Ingredients: Damsons, sugar. Made in an environment where mustard and nuts are used.

A Welsh-made Cheddar cheese with rich, layered flavours and a supple texture, its interior reveals a warmly golden paste and the occasional blue vein.

Natural larded rind.

Antidote is a sparkling Gamay juice blended with 15 herbs, lemon, apple and ginger from the vineyards of Romain Des Grottes in Beaujolais.

This English Quince Paste, made by England Preserves in Bermondsey, is fragrant and full of flavour. It is made with whole quinces (as opposed to just the juice used in Spanish quince paste). This gives it a more intense taste and a slightly gritty, jammy texture. It makes a wonderful sweet accompaniment to cheese and is especially delicious alongside blue cheeses.

Franck Pascal was one of the first biodynamic growers in Champagne and remains one of its most passionate and gifted winemakers.  A Pinot Meunier-dominant blend, with 78% Meunier, 19% Pinot Noir and a hint of Chardonnay and a long mineral finish with the crispness you’d expect from a zero dosage Champagne.
