Tracklements Fig Relish is made by soaking figs in spiced vinegar before chopping and gently cooking them with rich dark sugar. The relish is tangy and not-too-sweet and works well with goat and sheep cheese, as well as soft cheese.

Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
Tracklements was founded by William Tullberg in 1970, when he began making wholegrain mustard from his Wiltshire home, inspired by a recipe from 17th Century diarist, John Evelyn. Now headed up by William’s son, Guy and still based in Wiltshire, their range has expanded beyond mustard. Everything is still made by hand, in small batches to traditional recipes
