These crackers are made with four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk, to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. At Sheridans the ingredients are strikingly simple and sourced in close proximity to the bakery itself. They use flour stone-ground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in County Cork.
