We have been creating maps to show the provenance of our cheese since the late eighties. It is a real treat to compare those early maps, which featured a dozen or so cheeses, with the ones we have today. This iteration was created by our designer Harry Darby. The back of the map features a design created to chart the journey of Hafod from grass to plate.
These maps come prefolded, but can be flattened to form an A2 poster.
