This Quince Paste, made by England Preserves in Bermondsey, is fragrant and full of flavour. It is made with whole quinces giving it a more intense taste and a slightly gritty, jammy texture. It makes a wonderful sweet accompaniment to cheese and is especially delicious alongside blue cheeses.
Available as a whole (900g) or slice (200g).
Quince, sugar, lemons. Made in an environment where mustard and nuts are used.
