A well-balanced raw milk cheese boasting rich mineral flavours upfront, a juicy acidity and the succulent yet crumbly texture that is so characteristic of a classic Cheshire.

The smaller sister to one of our most popular cheeses, perfect as a centrepiece to a cheeseboard. Silky at its rind but crumbly at its core, this Suffolk-born, traditional Brie-style cheese balances a clean lactic brightness with mushroomy, vegetal notes.

Minimum weight - 250g.

Everyone has their favourite cup of tea, and this is ours. A long beloved brand in Ireland, our team had their first taste of Barry’s Tea during a selection trip to our Irish cheesemakers. They brought some back to share and it’s been a Neal’s Yard Dairy staple ever since, with staff nicknaming our brew of choice the “Barry White.”

These mixed-seed crackers are handmade in West Cork and are the perfect accompaniment to any cheese board. Ingredients include unbleached wheat flour and butter from Bandon Co-op in Co Cork, with linseeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds baked into the mix.

Rich, brothy, savoury flavours are the hallmarks of the Cheddars we select from Montgomery’s. Drier and more stratified than most of the Cheddars we sell, its almost crystalline nature makes it melt in the mouth. We age our Montgomery's Cheddar until it is 2 years old, to allow the deep and complex flavours we so enjoy to develop.

Clothbound with lard.

Rosebud Traditional Piccalilli is a classic medley of vegetables, with the distinctive yellow colour and sharpness of turmeric and mustard. This pickle goes well with Cheddar or any of our British Territorials.

The jigsaw puzzle dimensions are 66cm x 50cm (26" x 20").

Tracklements Fig Relish is made by soaking figs in spiced vinegar before chopping and gently cooking them with rich dark sugar. The relish is tangy and not-too-sweet and works well with goat and sheep cheese, as well as soft cheese.
