Maturation Arches Tour - Terms & Conditions
We are delighted to offer one lucky winner a tour of our Maturation Arches in honour of our 45th Birthday. This is a rare opportunity to be invited behind-the-scenes to see how we mature cheese, to talk to our team about the work that they do, as well as enjoying some delicious cheese. This is usually only offered to industry professionals but we would like to open it up to some of our wonderful customers.

How do I enter?
By purchasing either the The Neal's Yard Dairy Birthday Selection or 45th Birthday Cake Selection from our website before midnight on 31st July 2024, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Who will win?
One winner will be selected at random and will be contacted by 9th August 2024 using the contact details attached to the winning order.
Tell me more about the prize
The winner of the coveted tour can bring up to 3 guests. We are happy to welcome under 18s, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
The tour will be held at our Maturation Arches in Bermondsey, London, and attendees must be able to travel here. The nearest Tube Station is Bermondsey Station on the Jubilee line, and we are a short walk away from the station. We are out of the congestion zone and have parking available.

The tour will be held on a weekday of your choice (Monday - Friday) between the hours of 9-4, and can be booked during the following dates -
30th September- 5th October
7th October - 11th October
14th October - 18th October
21st October - 25th October
28th October - 1st November
4th November - 8th November
11th November - 15th November
The tour will be around two hours and include tasting plenty of cheeses. As our Maturation Arches are a working environment and we are a food production facility, all attendees will be required to follow Protective Gear Procedure which includes wearing shoe covers, white jacket and hair covering. Please be aware that our floors are kept wet (for humidity) so might not be an appropriate environment for all guests. You'll be standing and walking around for up to 2 hours and unfortunately there isn't anywhere comfortable to sit in our Maturation Arches. However, we invite to stay for tea and coffee in our communal kitchen afterwards and we can direct you to local restaurants for after your tour if you'd like any recommendations. You'll also be sent away with a goody bag of edible treats to be shared amongst your tour group.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend the agreed date, we ask for 48 hours notice prior to cancellation, and we will do our best to find an alternative date for you.
