This collaboration was born out of our Eat Them or Lose Them campaign which aims to champion British Territorials, like Kirkham's Lancashire.

Oat Cookies: Brue Valley unsalted butter, organic light muscovado sugar, organic pinhead oats, organic rolled oats, Landrace Milling april bearded flour, bicarbonate of soda, organic fine salt.

Goosenargh Cake: Landrace Milling april bearded flour, Brue Valley unsalted butter, organic golden caster sugar, organic fine salt, baking powder, caraway seeds, coriander seeds.

Quince Thins: Landrace Milling april bearded flour, Brue Valley unsalted butter, organic light muscovado sugar, quince butter (quince, organic caster sugar, cider vinegar), bicarbonate of soda, nutmeg.
