Amongst the traditional method sparkling wines, a Crémant de Loire is often a great choice. Made with 50% Chardonnay and 50% Menu Pineau (Orbois), a blend which gives the wine more texture and length, as well as an added dimension to the fruit. One year of lees ageing gives a creaminess to this well balanced, lively fizz.

This wine is a wonderful reimagining of the Chenin style and offers vibrant notes of apricot and honey on the palette. "Bel Air" translates to “beautiful place” -a fitting description of the site in Amboise where the old vines grow on rolling hills, surrounded by the Loire river and a Renaissance chateaux.
