Bratton Seymour Cider 75cl
This sparkling cider is made mostly from Stoke Red apples with some Dunkerton, Brown Snout and Cadbury Redwing too. These apples come from one orchard and celebrate the unique characteristics of it. The orchard belongs to Jamie Montgomery who produces Montgomery's Cheddar in North Cadbury, Somerset.
This cider is currently only available as part of the Father's Day Hamper.
Brown Bread Crackers

These crackers are made with four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk, to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. At Sheridans the ingredients are strikingly simple and sourced in close proximity to the bakery itself. They use flour stone-ground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in County Cork.

Rich, brothy, savoury flavours are the hallmarks of the Cheddars we select from Montgomery’s. Drier and more stratified than most of the Cheddars we sell, its almost crystalline nature makes it melt in the mouth. We age our Montgomery's Cheddar until it is 2 years old, to allow the deep and complex flavours we so enjoy to develop.
Clothbound with lard.

Rosebud Traditional Piccalilli is a classic medley of vegetables, with the distinctive yellow colour and sharpness of turmeric and mustard. This pickle goes well with Cheddar or any of our British Territorials.
